By using Postena ("the Service") you agree to these terms. The Service helps you publish your own videos to your own connected TikTok account.

Your responsibilities

• You may only publish content you own or have the right to publish.
• You are responsible for complying with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service for everything you post.
• You must not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, harmful, or misleading content.

The Service

The Service acts on your instruction: it uploads and publishes the videos you provide, with the caption and cover you choose. We provide the Service "as is", without warranties, and we are not liable for outcomes on third-party platforms such as reach, moderation decisions, or account actions taken by TikTok.

Accounts and access

You connect your own TikTok account and can disconnect at any time. We may suspend access if the Service is used in violation of these terms or of TikTok's policies.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
