Postena ("the Service", "we") is a tool that helps people publish their own short videos to their own TikTok account. This policy explains what data we handle and why. We keep it minimal on purpose.

What we access

When you connect your TikTok account, TikTok grants us an access token limited to the permissions you approve — enough to identify your account and publish videos on your behalf. We request only the scopes needed for that (user.info.basic and video.publish).

What we store

• Authentication tokens for your connected TikTok account, stored securely on our server, used solely to publish the videos you ask us to publish.
• The video files and captions you upload, kept only as long as needed to complete the upload to TikTok, then deleted.

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except TikTok (to perform the publishing you request).

What we do not do

We do not read your private messages, we do not post without your action, and we do not access content beyond what is required to publish the videos you provide.

Deleting your data

You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time from within the app, which removes the stored token. Uploaded videos are removed automatically after processing. To request full deletion, contact us at the address below.
